Dear loungers,
I have exported my contacts to Excel as it was easier to do some housekeeping on them this way. After making the required changes I have imported, everything is fine with the exception of the email addresses which have not imported, I have not changed these so I am unsure what the problem could be. Any ideas? and how does the import recognise the columns – does it use the headings exported by Outlook or does it rely on physical column position e.g. column one is first name
