Extract from cells to rows

This is my first post and i need some help.

I have certain content in cell a1 which needs to be extracted and put on to adjacent rows. something like text to column functionality in excel. The problem however is that the criteria to extract information is basis certain ‘headers’ (which are always in bold) in the cell. This i need to do for the whole list . The content beside each ‘header’ has to fall under respective column heads.
please refer to attachment to get an idea.

Welcome to the lounge.
Your problem can be solved using formulas and VBA.
see attached file.
I have defined a set of formulas in row1 which are copied to the relevant data record rows.
The formulas are then converted to ‘values’.
Click the button to see it work.

To make this work I had to ‘fix’ some discrepancies in your ‘header’ cells.
The ones I changed are in pink.
These were changed to EXACTLY correspond to the bold entries in column A.

You can hide row 1 for ‘tidyness’.
