Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
I am installing software on a new Dell Precision workstation. It came with Win11 Pro. So far the installs has proceeded normally and I am getting used to the Win11 versus Win10 differences in the UI. The one anomaly that has me puzzled is the File Explorer left hand pane. The last item on the list is Linux. See the image below:
I am not using Linux nor do I intend to do so anytime in the future; I can ignore this item. I can’t locate any option to remove it.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
Add or Remove Linux from File Explorer Navigation Pane in Windows (thewindowsclub.com)
It’s windows subsystem for Linux.
