I have a 2-paged Word automated fill-in form wherein the name and birthdate will appear on both sides. Instead of having to key this information in twice is there a way to get what I key in on the first page to auto-populate on the second page?

You can use a style ref to repeat the information. SeeUseful StyleRef tricks in the section Repeating form field data in a header/footer.
