Filter multiple criteria / Boolean filter (Outlook 2000 SR-1)

I’m trying to get a *simple* filter for tasks, to show me my ‘important’ tasks.
For me, a task is important if:
1. It has a priority of important, OR
2. It is overdue (due date before today), OR
3. Tasks with a category of ‘Bugs’

In post 301289 there is discussion of using multiple conditions, or conditions on different tabs as being the solution for an OR clause. But neither of those techniques seem to be working for me.
The KB article 208336 no longer exists.

Strange observation
I have since noticed that the Advanced tab does an OR for the same feild tested, but an AND for different fields.
For example, if I have conditions of ‘Priority equal Low’ as well as the condition ‘Priority equal High’, then I get tasks with low priority as well as tasks with High priority (and I don’t get tasks with no priority) (Boolean OR)
If I have conditions of ‘Priority equal high’ as well as condition ‘Due date on or before today’, then I get only High priority tasks that are overdue. (Boolean AND).
Can someone please go and give Microsoft some training in Boolean logic.
Heck, I’ll do it if they (/as they) need it.

Anyone else have any ideas?
