I’m helping a friend upgrade from an old iMac (OS9) to a PC (XP, OE6). Using the Search function (Sherlock II) I found about half the mailboxes on her iMac nested in the ‘main identity’ folder. Weird thing is, I can’t find the remaining mailboxes anywhere on the hard drive. Some of these invisible mailboxes are only weeks old. They seem to function normally in OE. Ideas gratefully received.

If I can’t find the remaining mailboxes, maybe I’ll just move the messages into one of the mailboxes I *have* find.

Incidentally, in case you are wondering why this matters, OE 5 on the Mac lacks an export function for mail. So I hope to use Emailchemy running on the PC for the conversion.

    Regards, Dave
