Firefox download dialog box loses file name

Firefox download dialog box looses the file name. In other words, when I click on download, the area where the download file name should have been passed in from the browser, is empty. I can click “Browse” and give it a file name.

I am using Zone Alarm for my Firewall, Virus, Spam software. I suspect the issue is with Zone Alarm and not Firefox, but I cannot find it. IE works fine.

Have you tried to temporarily disable Zone Alarm to verify this is the source of your problem.

I have the same problem with WinXP but not with Vista in the follwing configurations: both with Sophos SME edition and sophos Frirewall client.
