Some of the extensions in the zip file are old versions, current versions can be obtained from The Extensions Mirror, which I find to be the best place to get Firefox and Thunderbird extensions.

To avoid any potential confusion with Firefox versions, the extensions in the zip file are intended for Firefox 1.0 or 1.0.1 – Firefox 1.0+ is the test version currently under development that will eventually become Firefox 1.1 and at least 2 of those extensions will not work with this version.

Thanks for the corrections Tony. Not being a “Firefoxer”, I used the 1.0+ to indicate “1.0 or greater”. All the good abbreviations appear to have been already taken these days.
