Pressing the ‘Windows Key’ and ‘X’ and select control panel IIRC on W10
      [Edit] Reading blindspot
The Flash for Windows 10 is controlled by Windows Update so as long as you have all the flash updates installed you should be on the most recent. (not on Win10 ATM)

Depending on if you have Flash Player installed for your browser (i.e. Firefox) or just Windows:

Browser: Use the “Check your Flash Version” link in AKB1000002

Windows OS: In Installed Updates (Control Panel>Programs & Features>Installed Updates), select the most recent “Security Update for Flash Player” entry, then read the file information in the footer of the window, under “Support Link”. It will show the “kbid” number of the update (i.e. KB 4487038).

Note that Flash Player may need to be enabled in MS Edge, even though it’s intalled.

Have to say I agree 1,000%.

Anyone who has it enabled should move quickly to get rid of it….

Well yeah. Except for the annoying fact that you still need it for certain things.
