Flip book in Word 2010

In Office 2010 on the top of the tool bar there is Add-ins click on Convert to FlipBook I get a error 0x800A1460

Do I need to install a plug in, if so what

Any ideas

What I just saw on http://www.flip-book-maker.com/flip-book-maker-for-word/index.html shows it as an additional applet for Word. Another is http://softwaretopic.informer.com/microsoft-word-2010-book-templates/. These were listed in Word’s Help and a search on flipbook. This one is shown as free:
