Formatting Pivot table numbers

I do a lot of Pivot table reports for senior management. I would like to keep the actual data at the detail level, but when I get to report summaries, I’d like to show them 77,322.50 as 77.3, for instance in the pivot table report. I’m fiddling with Custom number formats, doing Lounge searches and checking Google for tips, but if there’s a quick answer out there, I’d appreciate it. TYIA
