When using Windows Mail (not live mail) I would like to format the text Font, Size, Color. And maybe add a graphic. How does one go about this?
There is no option that I have found that will let me do this.

Yes, there is, BUT, one must be in the right MODE.
After you start a “New” email, go to the Menu and then “Format” and select “Rich Text (HTML)”.

And now you should see all of the nice fancy appearance icons on the tool bar.

Will that allow me to make a signature that will be automatically inserted on all emails instead of just the one i am currently sending?

Go to “Tools, Options and then the signatures tab”.

There you should be able to do what you want.

But remember that if you use a “File” and it has fancy stuff, it may NOT work with Plain text messages.

If you have the settings right it will be added to ALL emails including replies.
