    Can someone please help me write a formula. I have a list of users in Column A and a list of their locations in Column B. I want to create a formulat that will tell many how users in Column B reside in a specific location. Thanks!

      Not sure exactly what you need, how about:

      =COUNTIF(B:B,"Location")

      This will count the occurences of “Location” (change to the text string desired) in col B.
