      Hi petesmst,

I clicked on the link you gave but just got a blank page. Any ideas as to how to resolve this? I would really like to read the book.

      Thanks and regards,Roy

@royw, are you using Firefox? Seems that the link works fine in both IE and Chrome but does nothing in Firefox. Though the download gave the Adobe Reader plugin in IE fits – it crashed and burned when I tried to page through the document.

Hi cafedOOd, I am using IE9. I don’t normally have a problem downloading from links, but in this case I get a blank page with a blue circle containing a blue diagonal line in the top left corner. I assume it must be due to a setting in IE9, but I don’t know which one to alter.Any ideas?

        Further help would be appreciated.

        Thanks and regards,Roy

Try right-clicking the link and choose ‘Save as’ Roy.

Try using this link to download. Choose the online book distributor link rather than the author’s link. The system from both has been very overloaded so it seems to take forever before it pops up. It will be a long download because of this.

Thanks Pete I tried one of the links that was posted earlier and didn’t get anywhere.

I used the right click and “Save as” method and it worked. Thanks satrow and Ted.

        Regards,Roy
