Providing your PC is Windows 11 compatible (run WhyNotWin11)
First, create a full image backup of your current PC to an external HDD.

      Download Windows 11 Installation Assistant

Running Installation Assistant choose to create an ISO file on your desktop.

** before installing Windows 11 disconnect your PC from the Internet (wired, wi-fi).
This will give you the options for local account,
You will be able to review and change all settings before connecting back to the Internet and applying new updates…

Double click the ISO file to mount a drive.

      Open and select setup.exe.

The other way is to run InControl, set it to Windows 11 23H2 and wait for Windows update to offer Windows 11.

If your PC isn’t Windows 11 compatible, run Rufus, create a Windows 11 boot USB and Install Windows 11.
