I’m running win10/pro/2004 in my VirtualBox VM.  *EVERY* time I fire it up the ‘notfications” area has a “Ready to choose backup options?” box.   I cannot dismiss it.  I’ve tried clicking on  ” Turn off reminders” and it doesn’t help.  I’ve tried clicking on “View Backup OPtions” and nothing happens..   It dosn’t really matter [all it does is clutter my notifcations area] but I wonder why I can’t make it go away

Here are some locations to check for Notifications.
Control Panel\File History – is file history on? In the lower left corner there is a link to Image backup, are there any settings there?

      Settings App\System\Notifications & actions – Backup settings = OFF

Settings App\Privacy\Notifications – any apps here concerning backup?

I got the same notification just now waking up my Win10 20H2 from sleep.
Selecting ‘view backup options’ gave nothing.

      Backup notifications were on.

Instead of left-clicking on ”Turn off reminders”, right-click on it, and it will give you a disable option that works.
