GOTOMYPC Man in the middle?
Login to your host from your account on their website and the activity log shows the correct client IP address.
Create a desktop shortcut to the connected host in that session, disconnect and login from the desktop shortcut. Their website activity log for my account shows a different client login IP from cloudflare. Bright House / Spectrum sent me to a cloudflare IP in Miami and ATT Uverse sent me to a cloudflare IP in Atlanta. They say it should be fixed soon???
I have tested this with two different computers, on two different networks with multiple hosts.
