Unfortunately, U.S Government publishes documents in PDF format only.

However, you can convert PDF into Office document using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) programs, as OmniPage or TextBridge, or other similar utilities.

      (Restored from Archive)

I’m looking for a resource on goverment forms converted to Excel (or Word).
The specific form is “Shipper’s Export Declaration” Form 7525-V. I have the .PDF from the US DoC, but that’s just a pretty pricture, I want a working document.

      Thanks!

If you or someone in your organization has the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can place textboxes onto the PDF form to make it usable. I imagine lots of people already have had to do this; perhaps there is a web site for all of you out there somewhere?

‘Scuse my curiosity, but why did you delete your post? Even if you don’t need it to be there any more, someone else might have found both it and the answers to it helpful – and now the answers are apparently nonsense! There is a note in the Rules that requests people not to delete their posts, for this reason …
