Graph With Data Table (Access 2000)

Is there any way to show data in the data table but not the graph portion of a report?
I want to show a total at the bottom of each column but when the total is on the graph it shrinks the
scale of the other columns more than I want.
I tried a sub report just showing the totals but when different people view it at different resolutions the column alignment is thrown off
between the main and sub report.

I don’t think you’ll get it to work satisfactorily with a table that is not part of the chart itself. Can’t you increase the height of the chart control?

Do you know if there is a maximum width to a chart? I’m using 14″ paper but in the design mode of the graph if I pull the
right edge of the plot area to more than 8.25 the chart gets cut off in the preview view and printing.
If I leave it at 8.25 and set size mode to Stretch it will fill out the paper.

Have you set the page size and layout correctly? I have no problem creating a large graph if I set the page size accordingly (just tried 13″ wide by 7.5″ high on Legal paper, landscape)

Hans,
The size is set correctly. I even tried copying the chart to another blank report.
I guess I’ll try from scratch and re-create the report to see if that works.
