Saw this when checking Reliability History  Ran SFC and corrected errors, also DISM.  Not sure how to read CBS.log.

    also ran Crystal Disk Info

What would this error be referring to?

To answer that question, go back to the item above that’s listed in the Reliability History, and see exactly what date and time that the incident was logged. Now, go into the Event Viewer and look in the Windows Logs. You’re going to need to look in the Application and in the System sub-headings (I think you might have the best luck looking in the System sub-heading). What you’re looking for is anything that was logged either within a few seconds before or the exact time of your event that’s in the Reliability History entry. This will take a bit of time, so be patient. There are a TON of entries in the Application and in the System logs to go through, but the listings are usually in chronological order, from the newest event on the top of the list to the oldest event at the bottom of the list.

BTW, to get to the Event Viewer (in case you’ve never had to go there) click on the start menu icon to open it and scroll all the way down to the bottom where you’ll see a folder-looking item that says “Windows Administrative Tools”. Click on it to expand it, and then click on the item that says “Event Viewer”.

      Hopefully this helps!

Under Windows Log/Application this is what happened 5 seconds before the Windows Error:

        Log Name: Application
        Source: Outlook
        Date: 1/18/2023 1:52:58 PM

In System File Checker, Windows repaired the OneDrive file.

Does this mean that there is no “hardware” error?

        Thanks!

It means the issue may or may not be hardware. Keep an eye on the Reliability History to see if you have more problems.

      cheers, Paul
