Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Never used Rufus before and would like to save a 23H2 build of Win 11 for future use. However I’ve been working my way through all the help files I can find about how to use Rufus, and I cannot get it to offer 23H2, only the latest build. One comment said that MS has removed old version from its servers – another suggested going to uudump.net but that makes my head spin. Any advice welcome.

It no longer offers 23H2. Read this thread for an alternative download.

OP is a month late in trying to download the 23H2 ISO as Microsoft has removed references to the 23H2 downloads for Win11
Rufus can only download the latest Win11 ISO, which is currently 24H2 and not 23H2
