    Whenever I reboot, I have to:

      How are you shuting down to do the reboot?

          Sorry for not getting back sooner. Most of the time when one does not exit Windows properly the settings do NOT get saved. But since you say you are then someting else is preventing the settings to be saved.
          When you do a shut down does the screen have a message of “Saving Windows settings” in a pane?
          This should be on your screen everytime you sut down

              How much empty disk space on C: do you have?

              Have you deleted all of the windows temp and internet temp files?

              What OS are you running?

              Do you have Admin permissions on this computer?
