I was wondering if there is a way I can find matching records between to tables and append them to a blank table like I can with the unmatched query in the query wizard. I have to tables with Name, Address, City, State, Zip and Phone number. I wanted to find only the records in the 2 tables that have the same phone number. Thank you in advance for any help I can get. Create a new query that contains both tables. Drag the phone number from one table into the other table to create a JOIN between them. double-click the asterisk from one of the tables to indicate that all the fields should be shown in the query. Run the query. the resulting records are the ones in which the phone numbers are equal.

return to the query design and change the query into a MakeTable query. Run the query, and it will create the new table for you.
