how do I change enail default margins?

in Outlook 2007 how do I change the emails default margins?

were using Memo Style

The default margins are 1.30cm

However when users print and holepunch, theres not enough room as it hole punches over the text.

1) I need to change the default margins and
2) deploy and push out to the firm – the best method

It isn’t indicated anywhere in the Help, but if you do a Print Preview of a email, and then do Page Setup, you can change the margins, and that is saved for the next email you print.

are the settings saved in a file and in what location ? so we can push out to the pcs as a standard

Unfortunately, I don’t know the answer to that question – I only discovered it by experimenting….
