I keep a Linksys Wireless-G (model WAP54G) for guests who wander through and for our Kindles. Some time ago somehow the page for this wireless router in the hardware binder (in which I keep all the basic info on everything, including infrequently used passwords and processes) wandered off. It is time to change the OTA password but I cannot access the router because I do not have its password. CISCO will “help” me at a charge of $29.00. Interestingly the manual somehow does NOT have this piece of wisdom either. I’m sure there is a way to reset but am clueless. Help!

Linus, see if this helps. A Google searchshows many such.

      Linus,

There is a small button on the back of the router near the power connector.
Unplug the router power at the router hold the button, a paper clip or small pen helps, and reattach the power.
Hold for about 5-10 seconds then release. It should not be back to the factory defaults.

When at factory defaults the article I linked should give the info you need to sign onto the router.
