• How to disable auto download

For some reason, when I click on a link to download a file, sometimes the download manager starts to download the file immediately to a temp folder rather than opening and giving me the options to rename the file and choose where I want to save it. This happens most often with .zip, .rar and other compressed files.

Is there a place in Internet Options to disable this “feature” so that every download link clicked will open the download manager without immediately downloading the file?
