How to do all, or many, updates at the same time?

I am a volunteer at an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing the basic needs of food, clothing, shelter, health services, emotional support and guidance to the most vulnerable in our Rhode Island community. https://mcauleyri.org/

A local bank donated 25 hp Elitebook 840 G3 laptops, i5, 8GB RAM, 256 HD, Touch screen. [Not capable of upgrading to Windows 11.]

Arrived with Version 21H1. I have upgraded one laptop to 21H2, Quality Updates 3, Drivers 20, Definitions 8, Other 6. This required a good deal of time.

Is there a way to streamline this process?

I’m assuming you have no domain?

Is there any shared spot from which you can script updating?

If you are a non profit are you aware of https://www.techsoup.org/get-product-donations

If you have Microsoft 365 you can use Intune.

If you are more into open source there are tools such as https://simeononsecurity.ch/github/automating-windows-updates-with-chocolatey-pswindowsupdate-and-startup-scripts/

Bottom line lots of options, just depends on the budget.  You may get additional options as a not for profit.
