    I’m not yet running Win 11, but I just saw this gHacks post:

    “How to enable the ultimate performance plan in Windows 11”

    It’s done via PowerShell.

    Experimenting with this setting will be high on my list.

    There are several speed levels you can set.  The Ultimate is the last one.
