Can somebody please tell me how to get some help with a Gmail problem.

I had contact with Woody and he could not help. Told me there would be some experts on
Gmail in the Forum

You can get help on Google’s community help : https://support.google.com/mail/community?hl=en

Google doesn’t have help service.

The problem I have is when I send an email it is never received yet it appears in my “sent” box as having been sent. I actually sent an email to Woody which he did not receive.

A second try which I sent by webmail was received.

What mail client are you using?
Does any sent mail arrive? Try sending one to yourself.
Does the sent mail appear in the webmail view or only locally?
