• How to print in landscape with markup?

I want to print a document in landscape orientation with markup including call-out comments, so the type size isn’t reduced. I set the printer to landscape orientation but Word still prints the pages in portrait.

What do I have to do? Maybe change a paper size or orientation in Word itself?

I am using Word 2007, Windows Vista 64-bit and an HP Laserjet 3200 SE printer.

OK, I found it — I had to select landscape inside Word.

Actually setting this in track changes options (Paper orientation in printing: Force Landscape) should take care of this so you don’t have to remember to change the orientation back when you are printing in final mode or after changes are accepted.
