Any idea how to split a display screen into 2 separate displays. I do know how to show 2 separate programs, ie excel and word, at the same time… What I would like to do is to display a web site, while at the same time show a rotating display, such as a powerpoint screenshow. Unfortunately when you turn on screenshow, ppt takes over the whole screen. How do I get it to only take part of the screen, or are there other programs that would allow me to run another display, such as a ticker tape with news items while also showing the web site…?

    Thanks

In PowerPoint, go to Tab Slide Show – Set Up Slide Show – Show Type – Unclick Presented by a speaker(full screen) and click Browsed by an individual(window), then click OK. I think that will be able to do what you want it to.
