It seems lately Windows has made it very difficult to uninstall any but a few updates. For example, in this image from Windows Update MiniTool, there are 158 updates in my history but only 12 that show as installed; and only those 12 are eligible for uninstall. Uninstall Updates in Windows Settings isn’t much better. It has slightly more that WUMT but it’s still very sparse compared to my history.

So the question is: Is there a way to uninstall any update in my history? Not that I want to at this time but I have in the past; and it would be good to have the ability to do so.

Windows Security (Patch Tuesday CUs) Updates are Cumulative. The latest one contains the past updates. Therefore the past updates are superseded and no longer listed.
Servicing Stack Updates (SSUs) are not uninstallable, so you may see multiples.

Windows Update History records all updates installed. History is history and is not erased. So you see that multiple CUs and SSUs have been installed in the past. But the Installed Updates is the list of currently installed updates.
