Sometimes my HP 932 c prints one line at a time of garbage for zeenteen pages. Cannot stop it. Try to delete the print job and it will not go away. What is happening? I can’t stop it.

An immediate solution, if I remember my old 932 correctly, is to push the left-most button on the top-right side of the printer. This should stop the print job on the page being printed. You might also want to reinstall the driver for the printer. Check HP for the most recent release.

I thought it was just me and a quirk in the little stinker, but this is exactly what happens to my HP 932c! The button trick doesn’t work and so far no luck with driver updates from Windows/HP. I don’t print but a page or two every now and then, so I didn’t sweat it. But now that it is out here, I am a little curious for a fix.

Mine too…I remember right clicking and attempting to clear it at numerous times. At one point, I think I ruined my mouse and keyboard after sending them into orbit. Never did find out what the problem was…I think finally a reboot was the only solution. I did offer me the “There are more print jobs than you can count waiting to be printed. Click “OK” to print, or “Cancel” to delete”.

Don’t know whether this may be helpful but I found this on the HP site and it sounds related. Apparently the problem you describe may be related to a dirty encoder strip.
