I am looking for a software to cleanup the internet files: cookies, address
bar entries, cache…. with an option to keep some cookies.
I have tried Internet Cleanup form Ontrack but it doesn’t work with Windows
XP.
Any suggestions?

Try Surf Pal at http://www.panicware.com/ It does exactly what you want. You can set it up to erase all cookies except those you tell it to keep. Erases temp internet files, history and just about everything else.

I have download the try version but I could not find an option to keep certain cookies. Could you help?

Did you dl surf pal or popup stopper?
Surf pal puts itself in a toolbar on IE. Toward the right of the surf pal tool bar is a symbol of a cookie with a + on it. If you click that the site that you are viewing is added to the “keep cookies file”. You can check what is in this file by clicking the far right symbol for surf pal options then preferences and then the cookie managment tab.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately this software has a compatibility problem with the logitech Cordless Keyboard.
