IF(and conditional format (2000/2003)

What am I doing wrong with condition #2. #1 and # 3 seem to be fine but condition#2 I can’t get the formula right???

You forgot the SUM function:

=IF(AND(SUM(N14:P14)>=111,SUM(N14:P14)=111,SUM(N14:P14)<=210)

In Excel, TRUE = 1 and FALSE = 0, so you don't need IF here.
