Importing “Express” Address Book

I want to import my Outlook Express address book into Outlook 2000 (Win98). I made an export (WAB) file in Outlook Express but when I go to Outlook 2000 the Import and Export commands are not available. Any ideas?

Replies

Possible reasons: (1) disallowed by the administrator; (2) those features were not installed during the originall office install. I think the second issue can be addressed by using the Add/Remove Programs control panel, using Add/Remove Features:

Thanks … since this is on my stand alone PC, it probably is an installation issue …. I will have to try your suggestion. But am unsure if I have the files since my programs files are under license from my employer and I’m unsure what he supplied to me. I appreciate your response.
