    Hi, I think I am going to have to (reluctantly) implement instant messenger monitoring software at my office (about 30 workstations). Does anyone have a recommendation or advice ? I’d appreciate it!

      To monitor the messages being sent and received? – or to monitor the fact it is being used in the first place?
      What operating system(s)?

        To monitor messages being sent/received. We are on a Win2k network. Running nt, win2k and xp on desktop machines.

          I would assume that there is no free and in-built way, otherwise no-one would bother to develop one.
          But I could well be wrong smile.
