AskWoody PlusNovember 26, 2013 at 2:10 am #53718Well, this is just great. No IE 11 for me. I rarely use IE 10 as a browser anyway and when I do, it works just fine. No need for an upgrade. I’ve seen nothing negative re: the Nov. Windows updates for Win 7. Do you think they are good to go?
Happy Thanksgiving.

GuestDecember 3, 2013 at 1:10 pm #53723The Flash Player issue zerosprite is having is not likely to have anything in common with the IE11 Flash Player issues. Chrome doesn’t use Flash Player. It uses Google’s own PepperFlash, which is developed differently from the Adobe or Microsoft or Firefox or Ubuntu Linux versions.
All are different, and each has its own issues and strengths. So when there’s an issue with Flash Player in one browser and in one version of one OS, it does not follow that other Flash Players in other browsers in other versions of the same or other OSes will have similar issues.
Just wanted to clarify this, in case anyone else is under any misconceptions on the subject.

GuestDecember 6, 2013 at 8:52 pm #53724I began having Flash problems with FB, Youtube, speedtest.net, etc. after MS updated my Windows 7 laptop to IE11 on Nov 26.
After trying all their suggested fixes to no avail, I uninstalled IE11 and went back to IE10. But the same problems are now happening in IE10. So now what? Do a system restore back to a date before Nov 26?
