isdone.dll missing and doom eternal won’t install

hi,

I am installing doom eternal for a teenager and just after beginning the install, an error message comes up

a rectangle with “ISDone.dll” and a red X. I have attached a screenshot. Can you help with what this message measn. The program stops its install.
