I have developed a database that tracks 204 people in my high school graduation calls, statistical information as well as “where are you now”, etc. There is a memo field that I use to track personal information they send and we print periodically.
As I am in the process of putting together a booklet to be printed later this year, I wanted to right justify that memo field. I went into the field’s properties and selected Text Align/Distribute. However, when I look at this in print preview, all the last lines are stretched across the width of the memo field, like
L I V E D I N T H E C L E V E L A N D A R E A D U R I N G H E R L I F E T I M E
Is there a way to fix this so that all but the last line is right justified or so that justification is suppressed in just the last line?
