Reboot and try it again. If that doesn’t work, I would manually download the patch and attempt to install it without the manager tool to see if it exposes an error message.

Took a few minutes but worked perfectly! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always reboot before installing updates (I use hibernate). Usually get a clean run then.
