    Hi,

I’m trying to identify performance differences between two ostensibly identical servers (same memory, cpu, clocks, disk space available / used, applications, OS, etc). The only thing that I can put my finger on is “Kernel Memory” as reported by Windows Task Manager on the performance tab.

How is Kernel Memory allocated? Is it dynamic, and if so what does it depend on? If not, how can I change it?

    Thanks.

    Stuart
