    No news from Seattle on this bug, I still get it, even on 14271 now, Insiders only. Not all machines here, only 2 out of 4. Go search !
    What I do is going to hibernate ( STR ) instead of shutting down, comes to the same end result and no bug on booting. YMMV.
    If you ever find the bug, do let me know, please. It does not seem like I have any corrupted file/folder here but the booting is supposedly due to that fault. Who knows ?
