Line chart-changing x axis data

I have a chart where the data points for the X axis start at .25 and go to .95. When I create the chart the X axis changes from 1 to 15 instead of plotting the exact data points. I tried to edit the data points in formatting but it reverts to a whole number. Is there a way to change the X axis to use the exact data instead of whole numbers? I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet. The chart is base on the data from column A & B.

You can set a min/max and increments or use data labels for each point

Right click on the chart> Select Data…> Edit (Right pane)> Click the selector on the right side of input box and drag A2 to A16> OK> OK
