    Hello everyone,

I have been looking though the help files/knowledge base and haven’t really found much, and I’m looking for a pointer in the right direction.

What I need to do is provide a link from Access to a Word document. (In this case it is word documents that are client resumes in our welfare to work program)

I know that I can do this through a hyperlink. My problem is how to enter the link. I am looking for a file-only version of the Edit Hyperlink dialogue…
Or is there a better way to do this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated,
    -Karl

        Rupert,

For some reason the attached ZIP file appears empty to me…

… but I have largely solved my problem thats to the code originally written by Ken Getz posted at http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm%5B/url%5D
