I want the entries into a form in one Access file to appear in a table in another Access file. I don’t want to import the table into the same file as the form. Any way to do this? Thanks.

You can’t link forms directly to another database, but you can create a link to a table in another database. If you base the form on the linked table, all data entered or edited in the form will actually be stored in the table in the other database.

You must create the table in the other database first. Then, in the database with the form, select File | Get External Data | Link Tables…
In the dialog that appears, browse to the other database, select it and click Link.
Select the table, then click OK.
