Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
I want to change/delete a lock screen image. I try to go to This PC > C: > Users > [Your User Name] > AppData > Local > Packages > Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy > LocalState > Assets. But when I do, it keeps going back to a Bing search.
Can anybody help?
