Lose Formatting Options when Replying (Outlook 98)

When replying to an internal message, all formatting options such as bold, etc., are available. However, when replying to an external message, all formatting options are grayed out.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

Replies

external is probably plain text format, internal is RTF. The server may be controling it – if so, you can’t send RTF to the internet (and shouldn’t).
