Lowest value in Excel

Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this Excel problem. I have a large spreadsheet with numeric ($) values in range of columns. Some cells are blank. I need a function that will return the lowest non-blank value from each row in a selected range of columns i.e it will return in cell I5 the lowest value (non blank) in range B5-H5. I have been hunting the functions but can’t find it. Thank-you.

Isn’t that simply e.g. = Min(A1:A300)?
