Looks like Universal Control is still in Beta? So maybe better wait with updating I’d say. Or there must be a 100% sure way to disable this functionality…

The only thing is it also includes security updates. I have it installed on my Mac, I’ll let you know if I spot any side effects.

Just found out it can be disabled on iPads (where it also clearly stated that it’s a beta feature). Don’t understand why they rolled it out like this. Will wait with installing this update for a week and see how it all goes…

Of all the many improvements to macOS announced in the list kindly reproduced by Susan, this is the only thing that might be of interest to me:

“Battery capacity readings have improved accuracy”

Because that is really not that great, right now.

Ex-Windows user (Win. 98, XP, 7); since mid-2017 using also macOS. Presently on Monterey 12.15 & sometimes running also Linux (Mint).

There is a firmware bug in Mac OS 12.3 that renders the update impossible to install on any 2021 14 or 16 inch MacBook Pro that has had it’s logic board replaced.
